• ​ IF YOUR FILES OR PHOTOS ARE SCANNED YOU CAN USE OUR CLIENT PORTAL TO SEND     THEM TO US SAFELY AND THERE'S NO NEED TO SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING

• IF YOU CLAIM THE EARNED INCOME CREDIT (EIC) OR THE ADDIONAL CHILD TAX CREDIT (ACTC) 
• Your returns will be electronically filed however any returns that include the EIC, the IRS does not release the refunds until late February 2024.
• Go to the "Questionnaire" tab, print it off, fill out ​and send it to us to help get your returns done promptly.
• The bottom of the Questionnaire includes many of the forms needed for your return to be prepared.

 

• When your returns have been completed, we'll get in touch with you by phone, text or email with your results​.
• You will receive your invoice by text or email to pay prior to our efiling your returns.

           
       There are a few different ways to get your information and questionnaire to us:​

1. Scan into a file and email the file to us or use our portal
2. Take photos and email us the photos or upload to our portal

5. Drop off into our locked drop-box​ ​
6. Mail to us by U.S. Mail​

• Please remember to include the questionnaire page when sending your paperwork to avoid your returns being delayed.
